11th Annual Shimmy, Shake, and Share.
Please print and fill out the form below and return it along with your payment.
Here are a few things you will need to know.
1)SET UP TIME: The church will be open on Friday, 7-9 pm to set up. The vending space will be in the gym which opens up to the sanctuary. There are no stairs to go up and down!
2)SPACE SIZE: The spaces are a mix of wall space and free floating and are approximately 8ft.x 8ft. 8ft. tables are available if you need them. We can provide one table per space.
3)ADVERTISING: If you have a website that you would like advertised on our webpage please include the link on this form so we may post it. Also you can email me a picture and any information you would like put on the web site.
4)RAFFLE ITEMS: There will be an afternoon raffle and we would appreciate if each vendor donates an item. If you could get it to us before the day of the show that would be much appreciated.
5)SATURDAY: The hall will be open at 9 am. Please be set up and ready by 10 am. Workshop participants will start arriving just before 10 am.
6)PAYMENT: Make checks out to:
St. Andrew Lutheran Church
and in the notation write: W.H.O.-SSS.
